This Cancellation, Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for cancellation, return, exchange, and refund of products purchased from Rayan Eyewear.
APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
1.1. By using the Rayan Eyewear platform and/or purchasing products from it, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from transacting on the platform. Note that this Policy may be updated periodically. We recommend reviewing it before every purchase to stay informed of any changes.
TERMS FOR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
2.1. Orders can be canceled either partially or fully before dispatch. Once a product is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

UNETHICAL PURCHASE POLICY
3.1. Rayan Eyewear reserves the right to cancel orders if purchases are deemed unethical, exploit technical faults or breach the terms of an offer.
3.2. In cases of unethical transactions, Rayan Eyewear may impose a cancellation fee or deny refunds.
3.3. We reserve the right to take additional measures, including blacklisting users, in cases of bulk or repeated order cancellations.
RETURN / EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
4.1. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product if:

The product is damaged or defective.

The product or its packaging is damaged upon delivery.

Accessories or parts are missing.

The received product does not match the order.
4.2. Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

Log in to your account on the Rayan Eyewear website.

Locate your order history and select the item to be returned or exchanged.

Follow the guided process for either return or exchange.
4.3. Products should be in their original, unused condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories, for the return or exchange to be approved.
4.4. We may request images of the damaged or defective product or schedule a pickup and verification before approving a return or exchange.
4.5. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in cases of:

Incorrect model, color or product ordered by the customer.

Non-returnable items, such as personalized products.

Failure to raise a return/exchange request within 7 days.
4.6. Items that show signs of wear, modification, or damage after delivery will not qualify for returns or exchanges.
REFUND POLICY
5.1. Refunds will only be initiated for eligible returns after verification and assessment by our team.
5.2. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days and credited to the original payment method or wallet chosen by the customer.
5.3. Refunds for prepaid orders may take additional time based on the customer’s financial institution.
5.4. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was delivered in a defective condition.
5.5. We do not issue cash refunds.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Prepaid orders qualify for free shipping. However, if a return or exchange request is mismanaged (e.g., incorrect items provided to our logistics partner), a fee of ₹200 may apply. Customers must arrange to retrieve the misdelivered item within 7 days, failing which Rayan Eyewear reserves the right to dispose of it.
SERVICE REJECTION AND FRAUD PREVENTION POLICY
We reserve the right to decline services, cancel orders, or blacklist customers engaging in fraudulent activities or misconduct. In the case of prepaid orders, refunds will be processed promptly.
